Without doubt, a college football coach plays a key role in creating and motivating a successful sport team. A good coach can build a winning team without stars athletes. A succesful coach has vitues such as integrity and excellence. To recognize that academic merits is the purpose of the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award.

Coachoftheyear.com is celebrating the 2008 edition of the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award. This renowned prize provides each winning NCCA division coach with $50,000 to donate to one or more charitable organizations -such as Athletes in Action, Coach Kill Cancer Fund and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children- of his choice . In addition, the winner will receive a $20,000 grant to donate to his school’s alumni association.
